Meet The Chef

Hello, my name is Gailin. I have been passionate about baking since the 8th grade, inspired by the joy of baking during my early years in daycare. My love for the craft led me to pursue formal training, earning an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2023. To complement my technical skills, I am now nearing completion of my Entrepreneurship degree, equipping myself with the knowledge to successfully run my own business. In December 2024, I became officially certified to sell my baked goods, bringing my vision to life and sharing my creations with others.
